Li Ruohong, Chairman of China World Peace Foundation, presented the series of “Revisit to Sichuan, Blossoms of Beautiful” events at invitation at Mianyang, Shifang, which are two cities suffered worst during the Wenchuan Earthquake. On the beautiful grassland playground, teachers and students from rebuilt Boaiziyan in Mianzhu celebrated the first International Children’s Day with over 50 guests far from Beijng Red Cross organization after the disaster. Children’s applause, laughter, songs, and cheers of children formed a sea of joy. It is love from the whole society that brings up these flowers. The delegation also visited the old Hanwang Town in Shifang destroyed in the earthquake and New Hanwang Town.
On the Inauguration and Unveiling Ceremony of the projects under the help of Beijing Red Cross, Li Ruohong presented the horizontal inscribed board on behalf of Beijing Red Cross to the local government.
