On August 5th , Dr. Li Ruohong, Chairman of the China World Peace Foundation and President of the Beijing International Peace Culture Foundation, met with the delegation of the China Overseas-Educated Scholars Development Foundation headed by Secretary General Zhuang Liang, Vice Chairman of COSDF , at the Peace Garden Museum.
