On the afternoon of March 11, upon in-depth study by the leaders of the two sides, the Beijing International Peace Culture Foundation (IPCF) and Beijing University of Civil Engineering & Architecture signed an Agreement of Strategic Cooperation at the Peace Garden Museum. In line with the principles of "Bringing advantages into full play for multilateral cooperation and sustainable development", the two sides will cooperate on the "Belt and Road" cultural interactions, traditional urban culture along the Grand Canal, world heritage restoration, botanic art, scientific and technological innovation, educational exchanges, Beijing-style architecture and international photo contest and both sides will jointly create more projects with warmth, down to earth with brand and social value.

On behalf of the two sides, Dr. Li Ruohong, President of the China World Peace Foundation and Chairman of the Beijing International Peace Culture Foundation, and Professor Jiang Jie, Special Dean of the Institute of International Development of Beijing University of Architecture and Chairman of the Remote Sensing Technology Committee of the International Society for Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing signed a strategic cooperation agreement. The signing ceremony was witnessed by relevant leaders and guests such as Mr. Guo Song, Director of the Beijing International Peace Culture Foundation, expert of the Board, Mr. Kang Jincheng, special expert of UNESCO's International Engineering Education Center, Ms. Sun Dongmei, a standing member of the Party Committee of Beijing University of Civil Engineering and Architecture, Director of the Institute of Cultural Development, and Renzo Isler, Director of the European Union Center for Small and Medium Enterprises.
