On the afternoon of Mar 25th 2013, Madam Nathalie Gissel Manos, representative of Haitian Trade Development Office in China, and Madam Rose Wu, representative of Dominican Trade Development Office in China, visited China World Peace Foundation in Peace Garden.

　　Professor Li Ruohong, Chairman of China World Peace Foundation, conducted extensive conversations with the two representatives regarding culture, economy, science and technology, tourism and other topics in Caribbean countries. He stated that, the international connection, cultural exchanges, economic and trade relationship, as well as disaster relief should not be limited to diplomatic relations between different countries. He expressed his wish to build a bridge for the mutual understanding and mutual cooperation between Chinese people and people from Caribbean countries. The two representatives respectively introduced the cultural, economic, resource and civil conditions of their own countries. They also mentioned their feelings after coming to China and strongly consented with the proposals from Mr. Li Ruohong. The three sides commonly expressed that they would do every effort to make more contributions to enhance the friendship between China and Haiti, China and Dominica, and even China and Caribbean countries.
